IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (h) of the Anti-Counterfeit Act, 2008, the Cabinet Secretary for Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development appoints— MAGDALENE MUNYAO to be a member of the Anti-Counterfeit Agency Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th August, 2022.
