APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (1) (f) of the Special Economic Zones Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development appoints— JONATHAN CHIFALLU to be a member of the Special Economic Zones Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th August, 2022.
