IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) (a) and (d) of the Universities Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— Timothy Mwangi Kiruhi (Dr.) – Chairperson Members: Joshua Kirimi Mungania, Solomon Muntet, Esther Nyabonyi Michieka, Elias J. Noor, Grace Anyango Kamasara, as the Chairperson and Members of the Council for the Tharaka University Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th August 2022.
