APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— Irene Chebet Lorot, Reuben Kibet arap Tuei, to be members of the Board of Directors of the North Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency, established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of 26th April, 2019, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th August, 2022. The appointment* of Philomena Chenangat Loitarengan and Isaac Kipyego Maiyo is revoked. Dated the 5th August 2022. JAMES MACHARIA, Ag.
