IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Articles 161(2) and 165 (2) of the Constitution of Kenya as read with section 6 of the High Court (Organization and Administration) Act, 2015, I, Hon. Koome, the Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Kenya revokes the election of— LADY JUSTICE LYDIA ACHODE, JA as the Principal Judge of the High Court of Kenya, with effect from the 19th July, 2022, upon her appointment as Judge of the Court of Appeal.
