IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (a) of the State Corporations Act, as read together with section 4 (2) (a) of the Mental Health Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and Commander-in- Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces appoints–– DONALD APOLLO KOKONYA (DR.) to be the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Board of Mental Health, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th August, 2022.
