REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Danson Maingi, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 21894/I/MN, containing 0.8093 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
