IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 (1) (a) of the Nuclear Regulatory Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya appoint— Under subsection (a)— Stephen Mwangi Karanja (Dr.) to be the Chairperson of the Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 28th July, 2022.
