IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (a) of the Ewaso Ngiro South Development Authority Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— LT. GEN. (RTD.) WALTER RARIA KOIPATON to be the Chairperson of the Ewaso Ngiro South Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 28th July, 2022.
