NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th May, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 617, in Volume B-13, Folio 2206/18571, File No. 1637, by our client, Johnson Dash Flarnstenn, formerly known as John Muema Musilu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name John Muema Musilu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Johnson Dash Flarnstenn, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Johnson Dash Flarnstenn only.
