ACT

PURSUANT to section 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to Murphy Merchants Auctioneers, of P.O. Box 3070–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, whose below listed items have been lying at our stores, to take delivery of the said items within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all the storage charges and other incidentals, failure to which the said items will be sold by public auction or private treaty and proceeds thereof shall be used to defray the outstanding charges incurred.
