COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that, pursuant to the provisions of section 13(g) 40 (1, 2 & 3), 49 (1) and 69 (1 & 4), of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, read together with Legal Notice No. 27 of 2020, the preparation of the above plans was on 23rd June, 2022 completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Lodwar Municipality, Turkana County. Copies of the plan have been deposited at the offices of the CECM in charge of Lands, Physical and Land Use Planning officer Turkana, and North Rift Regional Co-ordinator, State Department for Physical Planning, Eldoret. The copies so deposited are available for public inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above-mentioned address between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m, on working days. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may send such representations or objection in writing to be received by the North Rift Regional Co-ordinator, State Department for Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 173–30100, Eldoret, Ardhi House, not later than sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the ground on which it is made.
