COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above plans has been completed. The part development plans relates to land situated within Manyatta, Moyale town and Walda area of Moyale Sub-County, and Marsabit town of Saku Sub-County of Marsabit County. Copies of the plans have been deposited for public inspection at the Office of the County Physical Planning Office, Marsabit. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Office of the County Physical Planning Office, Marsabit, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m, Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plans may send such representations or objection in writing to be received by the County Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 384–60500, Marsabit, not later than fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the ground on which it is made. Dated 28th June, 2022.
