THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Juma Rashid Gassare (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Kirazini “A”/20, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas the Kadhi Court at Kwale in succession cause No. 79 of 2021, has granted an order that the property vests in favour of Hamisi Rashid Gassare, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Juma Rashid Gassare (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instruments LRA 39 and LRA 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Juma Rashid Gassare (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
