WHEREAS Yunus Omar Bashir, of P.O. Box 85679, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor owner of leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2163, hectare or thereabouts, known as Mombasa/MS/Block I/436, registered under title No. Mombasa/MS/Block I/437, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said a certificate of lease issued 8th July, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under provision of section 33(3).
