IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 36 (1) (d) of the Universities Act, 2012, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— Joel Kiilu Musembi (Eng.), Hannah Njeri Maina, as members of the Council of Kirinyaga University, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th June, 2022.
