IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 28 (1) (c) of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Act, 2013 and section 1 (2) (a) and (d) of the Second Schedule, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— Chairperson: Amb. Dennis Awori, Members: Veronica Birgen, Shelmith Mugoh, Gideon Murenga, Zachary Ooko, Phyllis E. N.
