IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— Chairperson William ole Mayiani Member Kirk Mutua Mbiti Wilson Wariua to be members of the Board of Directors of the Tanathi Water Works Development Agency, established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of 26th April, 2019, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th July, 2022.
