APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) (b) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— Jeridah Bosibori Mbaka, Joseph Okoto Ajwang, to be members of the Board of Directors of the Lake Victoria South Water Works Development Agency, established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of 26th April, 2019, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th July, 2022.
