IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3B (1) (a) of the Insurance Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— MOHAMMED AMIN SHEIKH to be the Chairperson of the Insurance Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th July, 2022.
