TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 68 of 2022 By Charles Agalomba Amadi, the deceased' son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Arnadi Ndenga alias Zakaria Amadi, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Kakamega in Kenya, on 19th October, 1995. CAUSE NO. 88 OF 2022 By Jane Vugutsa Savatia, the deceased' daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Odari Ngoseywe alias Simeon Odari, who died at Lusiola Sub-location, on 11th June, 1984. CAUSE No. 89 OF 2022 By John Owino Mutiva, the deceased' son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Javan Mutiva Odari alias Javan Mutiba, who died at Lusiola Sub-location, on 19th May, 2005. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
