TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2 OF 2022 By Nelly Daisy Riegger Wolfer, the executrix named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Heinz Joseph Riegger, who died at Premier Hospital in Kenya, on 18th August, 2021. CAUSE No. E19 OF 2022 By Kantaben Pranlal Naji Vaghela, the executrix named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Pranlal Nanji Vaghela alias Pranlal Nanji Meghji Vaghela, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 21st October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
