NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd February, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 960, in Volume D1, Folio 161/1436, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Judy Khalamwa, of P.O. Box 127-00623, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Judy Khalamwa Shakhalagha, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Judy Khalamwa Shakhalagha, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Judy Khalamwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Judy Khalamwa only.
