TAKE NOTICE that the first virtual meeting of the creditors of Hoggers Limited will be held on the 30th day of June, 2022, at 11.00 a.m. All creditors are required to register for the meeting using this link https://bit.ly/3LSX3fG All creditors with claims amounting to KSh. 1 million or less are required to send proof of claim to the liquidator on or before the 15th day of June, 2022. To be entitled to vote at the meeting, a creditor shall lodge with the liquidator, on or before the 15th day of June, 2022, a proof of debt form which must be signed and supported and, if necessary, a proxy, which shall include the representative's name, email address and phone number must be provided. Creditors shall prove their claims against the company to share in any distribution of the proceeds realized from the liquidation failure of which they shall be disregarded. A creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof in accordance with the law.
