THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Florence Akinyi Abiya, of P.O. Box 60000-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 15983/140, situate in Kisumu Municipality in Kisumu District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as IR. 69257/1, and whereas Central Bank of Kenya has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Florence Akinyi Abiya, and whereas affidavit has been filled in terms of section 31 of the Land Registartion Act, 2012, of the said declaration that the said certificate of title is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with registration of the said discharge, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
