REGISTRATION

WHEREAS ( I) Peter Kabage Gathungu and (2) Agnes Wanjiru Mutunga, both of P.O. Box 87065-80100, Mombasa the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0450 hectare or thereabouts, known as Subdivision Number 14237/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CR. 41217, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under section 33 (3), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
