NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th April, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3083, in Volume Dl, Folio 146/1300, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Laura Kaseo, of P.O. Box 13, Machakos, in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mercy Mwende Wambua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mercy Mwende Wambua, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Laura Kaseo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Laura Kaseo only.
