Box 234-00217, Limuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Benard Njuguna Wahu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Benard Njuguna Wahu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Benard Njuguna W.
