THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nicholus Nganga alias Nicholas Nganga (deceased), of P.O. Box 1040, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.810 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang'a, known as Kalcuzi/Kirimiri/Block 9/269, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang'a in succession cause No. 103 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Esther Wainmu Kamau (ID/21260074) and (2) Joseph Njenga Nganga (ID/36393338), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land certificate and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said (1) Esther Wairimu Kaman (ID/21260074) and (2) Joseph Njenga Nganga (ID/36393338), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nicholus Nganga alias Nicholas Ngauga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
