Dated the 27th May, 2022 known as Nyandarua/Njabini/396, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Engineer in succession cause No. 81 of 2019, has issued letters of administration to Peter Kiriri Mwai, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to John Mwai Kiriri (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received width' that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.
