No 12715/173/22), situate in the Mavoko Municipality in the Machakos District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered, as I.R. 1116466'i and whereas the Land register in respect thereof, is lost or,destroyed.and efforts/rude to locate The said hlnd,register have failed, notice is given that ,after the expiration. of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I /Mend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register, as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
