REGISTRATION

WHEREAS ( I ) Mary Wanjiku Gathua, (2) Lesah Nyambura Gathua and (3) Muthoni Gathua alias Margaret Muthoni Gathua, as the administrators of the estate of Henry Kaguta Gathua (deceased), all of P.O. Box 93, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 13537/23, situate in the south west of Thika Municipality in the Kiambu District, by virtue of a grant registered as IR. 60552, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
