TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E97 OF 2022 By Belisi Kagoneya Asena, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Asena Ndugu alias Nathan Asenna Barnaba Ndugu, who died at Mukingi Sub-location, on 11th February, 2007. CAUSE No. E103 OF 2022 By Wilberforce Ang'ondi Mains, of P.O. Box 218, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Maina Akhaukwa, who died on 22nd May, 2001. CAusE No. 108 OF 2022 By Catherine Leah Mudanya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Levi Mudanya Tadayo, who died at Ikumba Sub-location, on 10th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
