TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 4 OF 2022 By Misheck Karithi Amuiri, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel M'Amuiri alias Amuiri Samwel alias Samwel M'Amuiri, late of Meru North, who died at Muthara Location, on 2nd January, 1996. CAUSE No. 52 OF 2022 By Alice Karimi M'Mikuari, of P.O. Box 119, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Mikuari M'Akuari Barithia, late of Mumui, who died there on 26th September, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
