CAUSE No. 170 OF 2021 By John Mwangi Kariuki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Waiyo alias Kariuki Waiyu "A", who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 13th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2022 By (1) Harrison Mbothu Kamau and (2) Samuel Ngayo Gitau, both of P.O. Box 301, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitau Kamau Gathoni alias Gitau Kimani, who died at Githunguri, Gaichanjiru, on 2nd December, 1984. CAUSE No. E81 OF 2022 By Stephen Ngethe Muikamba, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muikamba Chege, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Medical Centre, on 20th February, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
