TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 118 OF 2022 By Stephen Otieno Odhiambo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sophia Ngesa Otwera alias Sophia Ngesa alias Sophia Otwera Ngesa, who died on 12th August, 2000. CAUSE No. 141 OF 2022 By Linet Aoko Otieno, of P.O. Box 348, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okano Misua alias Joseph Okano P. Miswa, who died at Ramula, on 5th June, 1990. CAUSE No. 181 OF 2022 By (1) Dan Othuondo Odhiambo and (2) Ruth Atieno, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Othuondo Osio, who died on 3rd July, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
