TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E41 OF 2022 By Philip Osoro Moturi, of P.O. Box 352-40204, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moturi Osoro alias Osoro Moturi, who died at Itumbe Location, on 22nd October, 1970. CAUSE No. E47 OF 2022 By Johnson Onyiego Ombega, of P.O. Box 2-40204, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombega Ong'au Ombega alias Ombega Ong'au, who died at Boochi Sub-location, on 27th October. 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
