TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E181 OF 2022 By Stephen Obino Okoth, of P.O. Box 858-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes kwamboka Okoti, who died at Bokeire, on 1st December, 2019. CAUSE No. E183 of 2022 By Milkah Nyanchoka Osongo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Onsongo MAyogi, who died at Bosongo Medical, on 7th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2022 By Ann Kwamboka Ogori, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chrisantus Ogori Omwenga, who died at Mogusi Sub-location, on 1 1 th December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
