TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 177 OF 2021 By (1) Jackson Maina Kibocha, (2) Wanderi H. Kibocha and (3) Caroline Wangui Kibocha, all of P.O. Box 573-10400, Nanyuki, for a grant of probate to the estate of Margaret Wairimu Kibocha, who died at Nanyuki Cottage Hospital in Kenya, on 21st May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
