TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 227 OF 2021 By Faris Simiyu Mapesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mapesa Masai, who died at Mwibale, on 17th October, 1983. CAUSE No. 107 OF 2022 By Alfred Naibei Kimeko, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sengamiki Chepereni, who died at Sacho Kamoneru Sub-location, on 4th September, 1970. CAUSE NO. 110 OF 2022 By Jocyline Ipali Parapara, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Parapara Etieng' alias Joash Parapara Etyeng, who died at Malakisi Health Centre, on 10th June, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
