TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E4 OF 2022 By (1) Joseph Kiror Seset, (2) Beatrice Chenangat Tukei and (3) Lavin Cherotich, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheborkirop Kalikwon, who died at District Hospital, Kapenguria in Kenya, on 23rd July, 1994. CAUSE No. E5 OF 2022 By (I) Cheposetem Wawa, (2) Stephen Wawa Kitok and (3) Philip Rotich Wawa, all of P.O. Box 183, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wawa Kitok alias Wawa Kitok, who died at District Hospital, Kapenguria in Kenya, on 21st December, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
