TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 381 OF 2012 By Godfrey Kibiru Kinandu, of P.O. Box 654, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinandu Mbuthia, who died on 26th June, 1974. CAUSE No. E5 OF 2022 By (1) Hannah Wahu Ngunya and (2) Lydia Muthoni Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 1334, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirege Kihoro alias Karege Kihoro, who died on 18th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
