TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E26 of 2020 By (1) Monica Wanjiku Kairu and (2) Benson Njoroge Kairu, both of P.O. Box 2768-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kairu Kimani, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 18th August, 2011. CAUSE No. E45 OF 2022 By Esther Njeri Matara, of P.O. Box 513, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Virginia Wairimu Chege, who died at Ngera Estate, on 12th April, 2018. Box 421-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kimotho Kariuki, who died on 26th March, 2021. CAUSE No. E50 OF 2022 By Martha Wanjiru Macharia, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Njeri Macharia, who died on 19th November, 2005. CAUSE No. E51 OF 2022 By (1) Peter Muiruri Machua and (2) Joyce Wangui Muigah, both of P.O. Box 3, 01 Kalou in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Wanja Machua alias Josphine Wanja Machua, who died on 13th March, 2020. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
