Box 9892-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Wachira Waweru, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 26th October, 2018. Box 1153-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Prafulchandra Premshanker Mehta, who died at Afraha Municipal, on 9th August, 2021. CAUSE No. E9 OF 2022 By (1) Emmanuel Argut Limo, (2) Catherine Jematia Kiprop (Prof.) and (3) Caroline Jebii Limo, all of P.O. Box 12867-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dinah Tala Limo alias Dinah Limo, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 16th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
