TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAusE No. E138 OF 2021 By Eliud Ngugi Mbugua, of P.O. Box 17-20106, Mob in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Mbugua Thuo, who died at Tayari, on 5th January, 2020. CAUSE No. E143 OF 2021 By (1) Grace Murugi Kariithi and (2) Susan Wambui Kareithi, both of P.O. Box 621-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gachoka Njihia, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 25th December, 2020. CAUSE No. E4 OF 2022 By (1) Lucy Natahana Luguta, (2) Gidion Merishi ole Osono and (3) Moses Kapio Osono, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ndunguya ole Osono, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 29th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
