NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th November, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 997, in Volume D1, Folio 385/5921, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Tabitha Wanjiku Kimani, formerly known as Dorcas Wanjiku Kimani, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Dorcas Wanjiku Kimani, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tabitha Wanjiku Kimani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Tabitha Wanjiku Kimani only.
