Box 141, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Shirleen Wangui Kihuro (minor), formerly known as Shirleen Wamuyu Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Shirleen Wamuyu Mwangi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shirleen Wangui Kihuro, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Shirleen Wangui Kihuro only.
