NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th April, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 663 in Volume DI, Folio 152/1351, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Samson Ochieng’ Jera Ooko, of P.O. Box 14448–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Samson Ochieng’ Ooko, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Samson Ochieng’ Ooko, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Samson Ochieng’ Jera Ooko, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Samson Ochieng’ Jera Ooko only.
