NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th September, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 445, in Volume DI, Folio 62/402, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Lucky Ali Abdalla, of P.O. Box 281–40300, Homa Bay in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lucky Owuor Ojuka, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Lucky Owuor Ojuka, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lucky Ali Abdalla, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Lucky Ali Abdalla only.
