NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th March, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2413, in Volume DI, Folio 126/1074, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Rebekah Wamuyu Kimara, of P.O. Box 943, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Alice Wamuyu Kimara, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Alice Wamuyu Kimara, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rebekah Wamuyu Kimara, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rebekah Wamuyu Kimara only.
